Robbery of a Post-Boy Near Maidenhead in 1730

General Post-Office notes a single-footed robber struck the post-boy delivering buffer mail near Maidenhead at nine last night. A reward of two hundred pounds is offered for conviction, or for discovery by any accomplice, with pardon in case of aiding the capture.
