No carts drays or coaches may obstruct the route from Fleet Street to the Stocks Market and pass near Queen Street to the Three Crane Stairs. Coaches must move in order with riders set down near the stairs, then return, ensuring smooth passage for the Lord Mayor and procession. A copy is to be published in the daily papers.
