Pay Office notice from Sept 21 1738 lists pension and bounty payments for widows of Royal Navy Commission and Warrant Officers. Duties specify dates for Captains to Masters widows, Boatswains and Gunners widows, Carpenters Pursers Surgeons widows, with payments at Broad Street office, 10 am to 2 pm, strong reminder that attendance in person or through an attorney with parish minister or churchwarden certificate is required.
