The Warren Galley Privateer returned with the Brothers and Sister a large French ship from St Domingo laden with sugar and indigo for Bourdeaux. The Swift Privateer from Hambourg arrived with a ship bound to Rouen loaded with lead and copper. A ten week cruise ended without aim against the Brest squadron. Severe storm forced twelve crew overboard to save the ship. The Exdrer was under damage and Bilchen separated. The Wing Wins appointed William Anne Earl of Albemarle as Colonel of the Second Regiment Guard replacing Charles Duke of the North. A French privateer La Souse of 24 guns lost men in action. Harwich suffered injuries with deaths noted.
