Public cure notice by John Moore for dropsy and related ailments

A 1730 testimonial from John Freeman, living on Cannon Street, credits John Moore of Laurence Pountney Lane with curing dropsy and related symptoms after prior failed remedies. The note promises two medicines, and that Moore will treat a truly poor patient gratis if vouched for by parish churchwardens.
