Duke of Montagu Kills King s Hand Over Tobago Colony

London, Nov 22. Yesterday the Duke of Montagu killed the King's Hand after securing a grant to settle a colony on Tobago Island. He is named Vice-Admiral of the island, located in St. Amer Bay near Panama, with fertile lands and abundant plantains bananas and cocoa. Sir Jacob Ackworth, Navy surveyor, obtained wrecked keels and ship rudders from the West Indies damaged by worms.
