Port News reports the Sea-Horse with Atkins from North Carolina and the Friendship with Cham bers from Maryland arriving at Gravesend on November 16. The Mary with Roe from Newfoundland also docked at Waterford after yesterday’s lifts, with wind from the northwest.

Cofin of the Lucy was captured by a Spanish privateer near St Sebastian’s, prisoners confined, and fear of further privé arrivals as prizes flood in.
