Memorial from French Ambassador at The Hague Reveals Forged Treaty

From The Hague dated the 15th, the French ambassador Marquess de Fenelon presented to the States General a memorial asserting that copies of a supposed treaty between King Louis and the Elector of Bavaria, alleged to be signed last May and ratified in June, contain numerous forged articles designed to mislead.
