Count de Traun seizes forage near Panaro and prepares to cut the march to Ferrara. The Electress Dowager Palatine falls ill and Saint Anthony's Fire confines her. Rumors say orders may restore regiments to Naples and Don Carlos, with M. de Gages linked to March troop movements. The French King names M. St Abbin as minister at court.
Last Tuesday the Governor and members of the Council along with a committee returned to Boston after a 19 day voyage aboard the Vernon aided by the Province Snow and Province Sloop. They met several Indian chiefs who expressed friendship with Great Britain and conveyed wishes for the British Nation's happiness and welfare.
Arrivals and movements in the Downs and Gravesend list several ships from Jamaica St Kitts Waterford Petersbourg Riga Narva Gottenbourg St Malo's and Newcastle.
