Port News Gales and Down Fleet Passes at Dover

Dover reports two men of war from the Downs with around seventy sail passing by to the westward. The John Galley from South Carolina arrived at Gravesend. At Deal on May 27 the Swift Privateer Hudson arrived from a cruise under northeast wind.
