Fortugueze Armament and Plunder Reported From Goa to Persia

Letters from Baffera dated October describe the Fortugueze arming at Goa and taking Gombaz. The Commodore of the Portugueze squadron seized ships in the Gulph of Baffera, extorted the Persian coast to Gouge, plundered Keskruy, and forced Ormutz to capitulate. Brussels reports the Elector of Bavaria ill with smallpox. Moscow notes Count Wratislaw received last sacraments, dying as the post departed.
