Mutiny forgiven. Arlano town pardoned by the King

Reports describe a mutiny in Arlano where inhabitants laid down arms and expressed repentance. A conference at the palace led to a general pardon for the town except ringleaders, ordered by the King who also sent orders to the Audience of Monte-Turco. Meanwhile military movements in Europe include Russian and Austrian columns near Vienna and Transylvania, with Ragotzki mobilizing 36 000 men to invade Transilvania.
