Scots notice of deaths and executions in Edinburgh
In Edinburgh this week the Lady of William Hay of Drumelzier died aged. She was sister to Lord Blantyre and mourned. On Tuesday Margaret Stuart was convicted by the High Court of Justiciary for the barbarous murder of her child with shocking circumstances and received the death sentence to be hanged at Grass Market on May 4.
