South Sea Company Announces Transfer Books Closure

The Court of Directors of the South Sea Company inform that the transfer books of the Old South Sea Annuities will close on Thursday the 22nd Instant at four o'clock in the afternoon to prepare warrants for the half year's interest due at Lady Day. Proprietors will receive payments on Thursday the 26th of April. Books reopen on Thursday the 3rd of May.
