London dispatch from Belgrade reports Major Stanisla Marcowitz once employed on Turkish Frontiers and against rebels has been arrested at the request of General Count Neuperg. He stands accused of massacring loyal subjects and seizing cattle and provisions. London City Lands Committee Seeks Brickwork Contract

The Committee for Letting the City's Lands gives notice through the Chamberlain that proposals sealed in writing may be left at the Comptroller's Office in the Guildhall.
