Disorderly early modern notices from Norfolk to Lincolnshire

A rambling, fragmentary report lists military movements from Sir Robert Rich's Dragoons and other garrisons, dispensation grants for clergymen, a Gibraltar-bound ship with Spanish goods, a damaged timber-laden vessel at the Rock-Lock, and wages for the Adventure sailors. It records a highway robbery near Loudwater, the death of Mr Watts, a serjeant’s murder-suicide in Tottenham Court Road, clarifications about a fire rumor affecting Mrs Sherwood's estate, and dispatched ordnance for Africa and Holland. It also recounts a Shoreham privateer engagement with a Spanish privateer near Tortuga, capturing a ship and detailing armament and crew.
