Investiture of Felix Cornejo with St James Order in Soleure
The King of Spain conferred St James on Felix Cornejo his Swiss minister and he traveled to Soleure for the ceremony. The Marquess de Bonac presided with other dignitaries present as Cornejo received the Cross and the office was solemnly invested. Cornejo and the ambassador’s retinue exchanged tokens of liberal hospitality during travel back to Zurich and Soleure.
