Vessel arrives from Marseilles amid equipage reports

London May 28 reports from Leghorn that a vessel lately arrived from Marseilles continues to be equipped for a men of war in that port. It is not known when they will sail. Letters from Tunis dated the 16th instant state that on the 12th five hundred of the new Dey's troops marched to the Castle of Kiros.
