Arrival of Lord Tyrawley in Dublin from Lisbon

Ireland July 14 reports Lord Tyrawley, the King's ambassador to Portugal, arrived in Dublin after leaving Lisbon eleven days earlier. He traveled by packet boat with sixty armed men, joined at Cork by the Lynn Man of War, Captain Philpot, and arrived aboard the Lynn, accompanied by the Anne and Sarah from London bringing arms and half-pence.

On the 16th instant Abdias Higgins a physician of Bristol was found dead in lis Bed. Supposed to have died of an apoplectic fit he was aged and reputably known for his steady life. His courage constancy and resolution marked him as distinguished in times of general frenzy and tumult.
