London. Letter from Warsaw dated July 9 reports that the peace once enjoyed by the kingdom is now disturbed by rebellious motions challenging authority. The dispatch notes unrest and rising tensions affecting governance and regional stability.

Child left near Bennet's Hill in London

On Tuesday the 18th instant around five o'clock in the afternoon a female child, about three years old, wandered from Bennet's Hill near Paul's Wharf. She wore a green tray and a yellow quilted petticoat. Any information should be given to Mrs. Williams in Field Lane near Holborn for a reward. The name Mary Hepworth is given.

At Fullwood's Rents near Grayston Walks the Rainbow Coffee House offers wine and foods, daily dinners at two, evening apple-pye, and lodging. A register at the coffee house advertises services to buy, sell, lease, or mortgage estates, plate, jewels, and loans up to five thousand pounds, with Mr Joan Pretemey personally attending from morning to night.
