High Water at London Bridge After 4 PM

Reported high water at London Bridge rose to dangerous levels shortly after 4 in the afternoon. Authorities warned residents and boat operators to avoid the area as flooding affected nearby roads and businesses. Emergency crews manned barricades and monitored water conditions.
