Te Rerday arrived one Mail from Polland, and one from France. IN Saturday last they began to distribute among the Proprietors the Effects of the Flotilla and of the Vessels from Buenos Ayres. They were obliged to pay eighth indulte of twenty three per cent on the Reals Five on the Gold Fifteen on the other Bets.
