France and Flanders Mails and Military Movements

Suffolk and Plymouth Men of War to be manned for Spithead

An order dispatched in London orders the Suffolk and Plymouth Men of War at Portsmouth to be manned and victualled with expedition for Spithead. Sixteen tenders are used to press seamen from homeward-bound ships to crew the fleet awaiting rendezvous near Spithead.
