In a February 21 report from Portsmouth, no outward-bound ships were in the Downs. All ships arriving yesterday for London had their names unknown. Three vessels arrived with unknown names, wind north-northwest. Dover recorded arrivals: the Gibraltar Bevan from Oporto, the Wassen Galley Huddy from Zante, and the New England Galley Hall from New England.
