Parliament orders him to repair Moriour and to be sent to the Gallies for three years. Four accomplices receive various punishments. The General Court of the United Company of Merchants of England in the East Indies has resolved that when bonds issued under the 1731 loan mature they be exchanged for new forms. Securi ties at Three Per Cent will be accounted for at Lady Day next, allowing the original bondholders to be paid off in the new arrangement.
