Appeal Brought Over Will Probate Granted to Executor

In the Prerogative Court the appeal by Hugh Byrne was heard before senior church and legal figures. The case regarding Edmund Byrne of Cournebane, now deceased, saw probate decreed for James Byrne as executor after processing and costs against the appellant. Squirrel of Chepstow Sails in Storm With Crew Lost
