Gobert Seeks Four Month Privilege For Vigo Ship Weighing

London reports Paris engineer G M Gobert from Nantes has told the Spanish king his brother and company have spent 1,500,000 livres trying to weigh ships left at Vigo in 1702 and now ask to revive a revoked privilege for four more months. It is believed the engineers are actively at the task.
