Eminent French Merchant Dies in London Town

In Shorter's Court Throgmorton street and Featherstone street Bunhill Row two prominent merchants died yesterday. Lloyd aged 87, who built a large fortune and then declined further business, was buried at Bunhill Fields with pomp. Chaos on Cornhill As Chariot Overturns Injuring Merchants

Yesterday a hot headed charioteer on Cornhill ran over and wrecked his vehicle. Two Jewish merchants inside received minor injuries and were taken to a surgeon with prompt recovery. Coroner's inquest also reported on Mrs. Tatterhill's murder by her husband and other local incidents including a burglary attempt at Dr. Burton's Dover street estate.
