The letter warns Mr A H to reveal injuries to the company and exposes alleged votes and favoritism. It cites past pardons, trade practices, and suspected loyalties, then reports local church visitation, elections, weddings, deaths, criminal trials, and commodity prices with regional notes on Antigua and Jamaica.
