Reports from Paris, Leghorn, Parma and Rome describe convoys sailing for Spain, troop evacuations in Tuscany, and Montemar's movements with a 69-ship force. A suicide at Pontoise, court appointments, and local crimes, fires and disappearances fill the day’s London notices.
In London yesterday the Archbishop of Canterbury lay dangerously ill at Lambeth Palace, life despaired. Mauridy Thursday saw 53 poor receive in Whitehall Chapel the king's arms and alms, including cloths, shoes, stockings, a purse, silver plates, bread, and wooden platters. Earlier a disturbance at the Ram Tavern in Tooley Street led to a stabbing of a constable and assistant. the assailant, a Northampton Quaker said to be lunatic, was jailed for examination.
London bridge area reports high water at six minutes past eight in the morning with rising levels observed along the riverfront. Local authorities warned residents and urged caution near quays and embankments as tides advance.

He will provide meat drink washing lodging clothes and burial if needed and place children as apprentices while saving parishes harmless in legal appeals. Parishes listed include St Magnus London Bridge the Liberty of the Rolls and others.
