Theft at Cheese in Wine-Office-Court Fleet Street
A man spent eight years in hiding at the Cheese in Wine Office Court Fleet Street and yesterday morning entered the room of Mr. Holyoake, stole a small box containing 200 and notes valued at 600, and was captured in a chimney while the box was found wrapped in a handkerchief. He was taken to Newgate. The city reports Pleasure, theatre notices, and trade imports and exports from the prior week including Mohair Yarn and Indigo.
