It lists various figures, regiments, ships, and towns such as Hamburg, Denmark, Poland, Fowey, and London, hinting at a broad, unsettled geopolitical scene and naval activity.
A felonious extract details the Victory, Sloop, Caps, Powers belonging to this Place seized with silver, plate, and valuables. Two rich prizes found in harbor, one on the coast, plus a 58 3 Span Prize in another sloop. Preparations underway for two more sloops, 117 tons and another of equal size, to sail by April.
