Major deaths and a Bank of England governor election are also reported along with various sales and local incidents.
Water at London Bridge rose sharply reaching a high tide around 2 29 PM in the afternoon. Residents reported flooding along the riverfront and emergency crews were on scene to manage traffic and safeguard properties.
