The Creek Bend Homemakers gathered at Mrs. Geo Laing's home on Thursday afternoon April 11. Mrs T Arr strong spoke on Maternity. The club raised funds and sent six pajama sets twelve nightshirts two day shirts and two dozen socks to the Canadian Red Cross and 25 more to the Overseas service fund.
