Bonds include five and fifteen year options with staged payments starting October 6 1918 and continuing to March 6 1919. The campaign runs October 28 to November 16 1918. General Currie praises Canadian forces and urges firm home support.
Notice requires male US citizens in Canada aged 21 to 30 to register within ten days after September 28, 1918 and those aged 19 20 and 31 44 within ten days after October 12, 1918.
