Vancouver appoints George McCrossan as corporation counsel

Mr George EB McCrossan has been appointed Vancouver corporation counsel with a salary of 8000 dollars annually, duties to begin December 1. A by law to close Victoria retail stores Saturday evenings at six to curb weekend shopping was proposed to the City Council street committee.
