The description begins at a post at the northeast corner of TL 37483 and runs 80 chains north, 80 chains east, 40 chains south, and 80 chains west to the starting point. Dated December 20, 1912.
Charles Reddy of Quebec Florida a clerk gives notice of a land description starting at a NW corner of Hilton Eaton’s purchase. It runs 80 chains north 80 chains east 80 chains south 80 chains west to the starting point, totaling about 640 acres. Dated December 30 1912.
