The Bevan Reading Room hosted a Masquerade Ball on Friday February 28 in No Ho Hall Cumberland. Judges faced a difficult task with many varied costumes and prizes awarded to Miss Mermod Mrs McQuillan and others. After unmasking dancing continued to 2 30 am with Bevan attendees heading home satisfied.

Honor List and War Memory From Toronto Captain’s Death
