ShootingContinued from Page 1Both were 19 at the time, she being employed by an insurance firm and Derber working for his father who operates an electrical business.She alleged Derber had an un* controllable temper, used physical violence on her and on occasion had threatened her with a knife and guns.They became reconciled and an order dismissing the complaint was filed in January, 1960.At the time of the slaying, Mrs. Derber was again separated from her husband and they were living apart, she having been given custody of their child while a divorce j pended.
