City Patrolman Tom Durratt, enroute to investigate a mishap on West Neville St., was driver of the police cruiser.No charges were made by City Police.Bill Harmon, 21, Glen View, appeared before Town Magistrate Joe Rodriguez Sunday afternoon to answer a charge of destruction of peroperty. Harmon pleaded guilty and was fined $5 and costs.Charged also v/ith destruction of property was Billy McQuil-len, 21, Fitzpatrick Rd. He willappear before Magistrate Rodriquez on Friday.James Norman Penn, 47, of Johnstown Road was arrested for drunken driving by Beckley Police and lodged in the Raleigh County jail at 4 p.m. Sunday.Meanwhile, Rubin Puryear of Oak Hill was cited by Beckley Police at 12:20 a.m. Sunday for a red light violation anddriving without a state operator’s license.Teddy Ray Cook of Arnett was jailed at 10:10 p.m. Saturday for driving while his license was revoked. vv r a ~ m ei m «
