City Patrolman Tom Durratt, enroute to investigate a mishap on West Neville St., was driver of the police cruiser.No charges were made by City Police.Bill Harmon, 21, Glen View, appeared before Town Magistrate Joe Rodriguez Sunday afternoon to answer a charge of destruction of peroperty.
