Waives Examination On Manslaughter In First Degree Norman Henze, 32, 1057 E. 4th St., this morning was bound over to await the action of the Dis cie Court on a charge of first degree Manslaughter. The case was referred by Muni cipal Judge E. C. Libera after Henze, who was accompanied by his attorney H. M. Lamberton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing in the municipal court. The charge was filed against, Henze after Harry Verdict, 39, 1967 E. St. St., died at his home early in the morning of Sept. 27, a few hours after he and Henze allegedly had been involved in a fight on West Sth street.
