nHorse Thief Captured.Harry Votaxv. who claims Springfield, Mo., as his home, was arrested at Collinsville laat Saturday morning by Deputy Sheriff Blake on suspicion of having stole the horse and buggy be was endeavoring to sell at the livery stable of Renner Bilzer. Shortly after the arrest of Votaxv, , xvord was received at Collinsville that a .horse and4buggy had been stolen at Alton,. The description tallied with that at Collinsville and was afterwards indentified by the . owner. Votaw was given a preliminary hearing and bound over to the grand jury, and in default, 6£ bail, was taken to the county jail.
