His bond was set at $25,000.Black, also listed by the FBI under the aliases Eugene- FisherLondos and John A. Tabor, was arrested at the Hotel Netherland Plaza Monday night. The FBI said he was there to meet a wealthy southern woman, not identified.Leonard Blaylock, agent in charge of the Indianapolis FBI office, said Black was under federal indictment at South Bend.
