They also had Mrs. Kn-; glcman arrested for child stealing.I ri’he neighbors took the matter up ; and had Jacob Fawver appointed a j* guardian for the child who tiled a suit* in court to set aside the will of the late Charles Marchery, which will made provision that the child should have ■j ?i live hundred dollars providing she re-) | mained with Mrs. Marchery until she : j was 21 years of age and that Mrs.J !
