School Held On Narcotics Investigation| IHanking officers of the local po lice department are presently attending a 2o hour course in nar colics investigation. Police Chief C. C. Stoker, revealed today.Sixteen High Point officers and! i three officers of the Thomasville department are studying narcotic investigation techniques under Special SBI Agent Lou Williams, the chief said.It is the first “full scale” narcotic course offered local police.Attending daily classes held at the police administration building are department sergeants, lieutenants, captains and detectives, j Stoker said the SBI sent Williams here to instruct the classesJ on his invitation.
