The building is being constructed between the courthouse and the present jail buildings. No provision has been made to clear the present facility upon completion of the new jail, a county commissioner said Wednesday. Workmen are shown at left and are a couple of weeks behind their work schedule on the building. Building Systems Inc., Topeka, has the contract to build the :i2-prisoncr facility. Wilbur F.
