CASKS REVERSEDJudge Stevenson received a telegram Wednesday morning from the clerk of the Court of Criminal Appeals statin# that the application for a rehear-j in# in the Turman case from this county had been granted and judgment of the trial court reversed. This case was confirmed some time ago and the attorneys applied for a rehearing with the above result..The same telegram stated that the motion for rehearing lt;*n the part of the state in the Homer Fleming case had been denied. This case was reversed some time ago and the state had filed motion for rehearing.The Turman case will prob-aoly come up here in the next term of court while the Fleming case will come up for trial at Llano.YOUNG LADY TO BEPRESENTED IN RECITAL
