30 more yearsBURLINGTON (UPI)—An inmate at theState Penitentiary at Fort Madison was sentenced to an additional 30 years Wednesday in connection with thestabbing of a prison guard last February. Samuel Parras, 53, was found guilty ofassault with intent to commit murder in Lee County District Court last week. He was accused of stabbing Joseph Chulte of West Point, a corrections officer at the penitentiary.Authorities said Parras attacked Chulte as the guard was bringing him a tray of food. Chulte was hospitalized for 84 days with abdominal wounds following the attack
