Edward Collins, a white mac, who married Kettle Fya, a negresa, of IndianSpring*, went to Hagerstown yeterday wllh his negro wife and swore out eight peace warrants before Justice Ellas B. Hartiefcr prominent residents of Indian Springs district. Recently a number of white persons called at the house where Oollios and his wife live and threatened to tar and feather them if they did not leave. Collins went to Pennsylvania, but be hasjretumed and, it in gald, has declared his intention to live with the negresa.
