Billy Hussey of 513 Ray St. was charged with making an unsafe movement and driving while his license was suspended following a collision at Chestnut Street and Allred Place.According to police reports, Hussey was making a left turn from English onto Allred when his car collided with one being driven by Linda Craven of 105 Monnell Drive. A passenger in the Craven car, three-year-old Gary Lee Craven of 105 Monnell Dr t was treated for minor injuries.
